You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver new features and functionality within the TargetRecruit product. We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Solutions Architect that will have a critical role in providing technical direction, clear and innovative designs, compliance with Salesforce security guidelines and mentoring of other team members. This position is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future development of the leading ATS solution on the Salesforce platform.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a subject matter expert on the Salesforce.com platform
• Design solutions that extend and enhance the TargetRecruit product describing the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality
• Provide high level estimates for proposed solutions
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
• Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
• Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
• Provide coaching and guidance to development team
• Perform code reviews
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
• Follow the Agile framework and participate in sprints
• Should have an excellent understanding of Salesforce security best practices
• Develop a deep understanding of the TargetRecruit product and the core staffing/recruiting processes

Knowledge and Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science or equivalent
• 12 + years of overall information technology experience
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably including 2+ years in a Solutions Architect role
• Prior experience working for a Salesforce partner in a product development role highly desirable
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience and expertise in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience of APIs, webhooks, and general data transfer approaches
• Experience on Lightning and LWC
• Knowledge of source code management systems
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Certified Salesforce Application/System/Technical Architect

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a technical expert on Salesforce.com platform, architect complex solutions and provide technical leadership
• Designing and coding new features and enhancements for the TargetRecruit product
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis on product defects including the appropriate changes required for resolution
• Custom User Interface development using Lightning Web Components
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other 3rd party solutions
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior developers
• Write technical documentation
• Perform code reviews
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
• Follow the Agile framework and participate in sprints
• Update JIRA on a daily basis to show progress on tasks and issues
• Should have foundational knowledge of Salesforce development and security best practices

Senior UI/UX Designer (B2B & Enterprise Software)

Are you an experienced UI/UX Designer who thrives in designing intuitive, scalable, and highly functional enterprise software? This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and design for complex B2B workflows—not just front-end web interfaces. If you have Salesforce experience or have worked on enterprise SaaS platforms, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design for Complex Workflows: Create intuitive UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for enterprise applications (not just websites)
