Florence, the company advancing clinical research through software, and Verady, a Blockchain asset assurance company, has announced a partnership to develop healthcare blockchain apps for advancing healthcare and clinical research. As part of the partnership, Verady’s Application Programming Interface (API) will provide an easy-to-use, standardized Representational State Transfer (ReST) interface to abstract away the complexities of Blockchain for Florence’s customers. The partnership will be developing open source Blockchain apps for managing patient and clinical trial data, in conjunction with several pharmaceutical sponsors.
