We are hiring for an Enterprise Account Executive to serve the UK and EMEA market. You will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers within the assigned region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Execute a best-in-class enterprise sales approach including a value-creating discovery, compelling demos, stakeholder management, multithreading, mutual action plans, and negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle including outbound and inbound channels.
- Pipeline creation through systematic research, networking, referrals, outbound, and partnering with business development reps.
- Convert prospects to sales opportunities by aligning executive business priorities with TargetReruit solutions and services.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services to deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain and leverage our Salesforce CRM to create customer value and increase your win rate
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, and Leadership to win complex deals.
- Deliver accurate quarterly forecasting
- Lead virtual and in-person meetings
- Travel to meetings and conferences
Requirements:
- Five or more years of B2B enterprise software sales at a salesforce-based application or staffing industry-based CRM/ATS.
- Track record of success and top performance.
- Influencer with exceptional verbal and written skills
- Team player with grit, drive to win, and fighting spirit
- Professional with strong business acumen, growth mindset, and executive presence
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with the staffing and recruiting industry
- German language proficiency
Shifts:
- 5 Days Working: Monday to Friday
