We are super excited to start the new year with a new release. Here are some of the cool new features in the TargetRecruit Q1 2020 Release. The release includes new product features like Heat Maps, Drag and Drop Multiple Resumes, Watchdog and more.
New Features
1Watchdog
Search for candidates while you sleep! We have automated candidate search with our new Watchdog feature. Just set the job criteria and select the job boards and Watchdog will fetch all the matching candidate profiles for you overnight, drop them into your inbox and add them to the system. All automatically.
2Heat Maps
You can now perform candidate searches geographically in TargetRecruit using our new Heat Map feature. See all of the candidates for a job or a keyword on a color-coded map, which can be customized based on your requirements. Finding candidates just got easier with TargetRecruit.
3Drag and Drop
You can also now drag and drop bulk resumes into TargetRecruit. These resumes are uploaded and parsed to create candidate records in the system. This is super useful when you want to create multiple applicants for a specific job.
4Integrations
We have added custom integrations to ZipRecruiter and Haley Marketing.
